Both are almost one or the same thing. Contains vit A. It's a fat soluble vitamin and the only vitamin which gets stored in body and causes hypervitaminosis. So if there is deficiency of vit A then take it on the advice of an ophthalmologist.

These oils are rich in Vitamin A and some other micro nutrients. There is little to choose between various products that are available over the counter (OTC). Just have a look at the ingredients on the product details and decide for your self.
Eye function improves but there is no effect on power of spectacles as often thought of.
