Tablets for improving eye sight

Respected doctors Iam Rajesh from Tamil nadu.iam 20 year old .I have eye sight -4.5 so iam using contact lenses but its not suitable for long life ..if there is any (omega 3 or some other)tablets are available for improving eye sight? Help me sir
