My eye sight is very weak. It's almost -4 so are there any suggestions which can improve my eye sight

Minus four number is not considered weak eyesight. You can have a laser procedure called lasik to get rid of your spectacle number if you wish! Maskatieyeclinic opposite Charni Rd station east, Mumbai
