I have got very itchy left eye from last night , i used eye solution called " refresh tears " to which i think its not working good

Please see attached photo. My mother developed red clot on the eye. Please advice. She does not have diabetes. Has osteoporosis and varicose veins and BP. She is 61 years old.

Yesterday morning when mu son woke up i found swelling both upper and lower eye lids hes got no pain no redness he feels itchy at times not often I kept ice pack and hot water compression swelling reduced in the evening by night he was fine . He slpt at 12midnight he got up itching his other eye when i saw same kind of swelling upper and lower eye lids but the other eye Am scared is this any severe problem I don't understand the reason Thank u in advance

Near vision:SN.0.6,0.6 With or without glasses when reading or close work is required. Recently checked my eyes below is my prescription. Right eye Sph:-0.75,cyl:-0.75, axis :40, vision:6/6. Left eye Sph:-075,cyl:-0.75,axis:90, vision:6/6 Near:sph:0,cyl:0, vision:N6. So please compare and suggest me for eligibility for RRB Exam.
