If still discharge and blurring of vision is persisting then you must consult your ophthalmologist again .as physical examination is very important . Might be the infection is resistant to vigamox.

Conjunctivitis can take 2-3 weeks to resolve depending on the type of infection and its virulence. Blurred vision can be due to tear film disturbance or corneal involvement. Please contact your local ophthalmologist for further management.
Next Steps
Start using a lubricating eye drop like Refresh Tears every hour and contact your ophthalmologist.
