I was worked in night shift for past 2 years and 2 weeks back i got day shift...still i can't able sleep in night and my body feels tired in day only

Need to know the ideal period to get a retina laser n phakic lens surgery post stopping Breastfeeding.

What is the location of headache due to stronger prescription? I have changed my glasses 2 weeks ago. New prescription was -0.5D spherical stronger for both eyes. But, after wearing glasses for long hours, I start to feel headache at particular points:- 1. Centre of forehead (Exactly between eye-brows), and 2. Sides of forehead I have realised this for 3-5 days. Can it be due to prescription issues? It's already 2 weeks. What should be done? Kindly guide.

I am unable to see clearly. Most of the time feels like vision is somewhat blurry. I saw to chasma shop. They said no eye number. I am working in bank. I have to see 10 to 7 over computer. When i see downsides mainly i feel vision issue but not to the straight.

Left eye seem some 10% blur at lower side what happen this but after some its seeming light clearly.
