My TSH= .031 and on thyronorm 100mcg. I am 55 and 57 kg. Please suggest proper dosage

Blood urea level 78 taking homeopathic medicine. Is it cure able? And how do I follow the diet for reducing from high.

My another best friend .. she s not thyroid suffered earlier.. long back she met a doctor for a headache. He checked and said she has high bp like 140. And prescribed to take some bp tablets. Unfortunately she took later she again went for same headache tat time he asked to check thyroid test and prescribed throyid tablets.she took it again later she met another doc in her hometown and found she actually not needed to take those tablets. She stopped pressure tablets but still many doctors asked her to continue thyroid tablets for life long. I read there is no cure but is there any way around for her to stop this tablets .
