The doctor said that I'm in pre diabetic stage and she asked me to reduce weight and exercise , I am confused with the diet part what are the foods that i should completely avoid, I don't understand carbohydrates or proteins. I want to know in a layman's language what is that I should avoid, please any one of the doctor who reads it please be kind to reply to it, I'm really in need please
