I missed my periods last month and all my p tests were negative. I'm suspecting that it might be due to the severe stress I had during my ovulation period. However, I also wanted to check if this could be because of some kind of hormonal imbalance. Is there any way to check that? Any tests available to check hormone levels in your body?

I have thyroid value 7.36 I was taking thyrox 50 but docter now said take thyrox 75 What shall i do
