I am feeling always tired and confused, my insulin is 2.15 and c peptide is only 0.50 which is lower than normal. I am facing this problem for 2-3 years, thanks for help.

My husband sugar level is 280 FBS and he is Taking Cetapin xr 1000. Also he is following diet and exercise.. Every time the sugar level varies.. Sometimes it will be normal within the range and sometimes high.. Can you suggest what we have to do.. He takes lot of stress and tension.. Any serious problem with this.. Please guide us..

Sugar level before breakfast 180. After breakfast it is 288 What tablet for maintain normal level. Now I take glimipride 1m before breakfast and gluformin XL 500 after lunch. Whether I continue the same tablets.
