4 months back my hba1c = 13 % fasting sugar = 153,pp = 228 mg/dl, tsh = 10.451 µIU/mL, c - peptide = 1.14 ng/mL. Started using thyronorm 50mcg, metformin 500 mg twice daily. Now my hba1c is 6.3%, fasting 106, pp 177 mg/dl Tsh = 5.76 C-peptide 0.99 Should I continue to use to thyronorm and metformin same dosage. How can I further reduce my hba1c and completely bring my sugar level to normal. Will my c-peptide levels decrease overthe time and nedd to take insulin in future ?

My hb1ac is 5.4 Estimated avg glucose is 108 Tsh 4.81 Please suggest are these values good or do I need to work on my health? Specially diabetes

Hello sir ge. My aunty 43 yr old taking gliptagreat M 500. From last 1 month. Last month her sugar was 278 pp. N this month after gliptagreat m 500 her pp sugar is 156 but urine sugar is 1 %. Is this due to that tablet or any other problem??? Please help

Hi 30f.Symptoms-Weigjt loss in a month 5kgs weight lost (64-65 to 60)on and off itching since 8 months increases when I eat outside. I didn't experience weight loss before in Nov ruled out hyperthyroid then used medication 5mg then from Dec to tillyesterday used 10mg twice (neomacrazole). After fresh reports doc reduced the dose to 10 mg per day. The report shows free t4 0.64 and tsh<0.0006 TSH didn't change. But I am worried about my weight loss why so much weight loss in a month. I have4 years kid. I AM GETTING HEALTH PHOBIA. GETTING RESTLESS ANXUETY EMOTIONAL AMD CRYING. IS IT CANCER OR ANY OTHER ISSUES. Can someone help me to rule out the reason for weight loss. Will hyperthyroid cause this much weight loss though after taking medicine weight shouldn't lose before medication I didn't lose weight. Tia.
