I tested pre-diabtic. My sugar level in fasting - 106, after food - 206 and Hba1c- 6.2. Kindly advice which treatment is good for this condition. Allopathy or Ayurvedic or Siddha. I am very confused. Please help. Thanks

My sugar levels before the meal is 90mg/dl and post meal 2hrs 130mg/dl and at random 139mg/dl is it okay? Can somebody help me with this chart

I tested for Thyroid and the level is 6.172. The blood sugar is 96. I had been taking Thyronorm 50 mcg. Since two years. Just three days ago, I stopped taking the tablets as I had fatigue. The fatigue was less after stopping the tablets. Should I continue taking the tablets as the levels have gone up? Kindly advise. Thanks.

I am suffering with Grave hyperthyroid and atrial fibrillation for over 3 years. For last one year, my t3, t4 and tsh are in normal range with 10 mg of neo marcazole (nmz)  per day. I do not want to undergo surgery or radio iodine therapy . Questions: Question 1: Is there any chance to reduce or stop neo marcazole? Or i have to take it life long? Question 2: Is there any side effect of taking it life long! Question 3: is there any permanent solution except surgery or radio iodine therapy?

Recently in general checkup my hba1c is 6.3 and rbs. Is 118 and in report range is given from 6 to 7 instead of 6.4 so which to consider as prediabetes range I'm attached the report please go trough it
