How to cure diabetes and increase insulin levels by natural way. Please advise. I want to avoid medicine because my age is not more just 35 so need natural treatment

I got thyroid 6 years back which is a very minimal and got completely normal with in three years I stopped using tablets.even a year before TSH levels are normal. I got tested once again a day before and it's 10.23

Hi, My thryoid levels are pretty bad as per today's report T3- 0.89, T4-5.50, TSH-8.22. These levels were as the following in Jan 2018.
