Hello Dr I ask for mother she is 55 yr n she suffering last 8 yr diabetic prob now her sugar is gone fasting 238 n after meal is 338 she take allopathy medicine but now Dr refer insulin he says her body insulin is less so iam so tense what I do she bp prob also

The sugar levels are very high and if this is despite she being on full doses of oral tablets, she must be put on insulin. Insulin pens are very user friendly and there is nothing that you should be tensed about. Just initiate consultation with a diabetologist to confirm whether she really needs to be put on insulin or not.
