Feeling tired
I am diabetic i am on insulin 25 units​ morning and night.i am also taking treatment for Tyroid.i feel very tired when I am sleeping also Please advise.

There can be several reasons for this including hypoglycemia, uncontrolled blood sugar, ischemia, etc. You should initiate consultation with a diabetologist.
