54 years female with type 2. Diabetes from past 10 years.Blood sugar is high on a continuous basis, range is 250- 300 before fasting and post lunch.Taking insulin from past 3 years. Hbalc range is 13.5 please suggest how to proceed further.

I hv thyroid(high tsh) . M on eltroxin from 2 yrs. Tomrrw my thyroid gland scan is done . My thyroid scan stts is Both lobe of thyroid norml in size ,shape and ecotexture.both thyroid lobes slightly coarse echogenisity ..no enlarged lymph nodes r seen in neck.no sol seen in either side.. Reslt.. slightly coarse echogenicity is both lobes of thyroid 1 yr ago i quit medcn for 5 mnth thn tsh high bt now from 1 yr again m on eltroxin nd now tsh is norml Plz tell me is it nodules or is it okay .m much wrried . Plzzz tell me m very stressd

Even i am regularly taking tablet janumet 50/500 , glycomet SR. Sugar level not reduced from 220 mg .

Hello My thyroid level has been detected as 16.65 Previously I was taking 75mg for it Shell I increase or decrease the dose? What change I am supposed to make in my diet?

My mother is a diabetic patient and she has been getting itching rashes on her back..it itches a lot while doing kitchen work probably because of sweat.

I neve rhad thyroid last year in august i ahd tested for it i did nto have it then. Today m diagnosed with left vocal cord paralysis which needs voice therapy , upon checkin found out hat got tsh 0.0007 and t3 , t4 are also on the higher side however within the range. Please i do not want to have medicines all my life and become a thyroid patient i wnat to get rid of it immediately

Hello I don't have health issues and I don't take any medication.Only my grandmothers have diabetes, and only my grandfathers have high blood pressure.September 2017 I was 57 kg,now july 2018,I became 70 kg.My diet didn't change and nothing has changed.My blood results.Glucose:117 insulin:14.7 Vit D:7.9 Thyroid: 2.09 Plus I got a lot of ugly stretch marks.Is there any medication I can use to get rid of them so they don't become scars?do I have prediabetes,insulin resistance, or water retention?
