Hello Sir/madam, I am insomniac since childhood. Its difficult for me to get undisturbed sleep. But since few months sleeping is getting difficult for me. My periods are relatively high and irregular.From one months periods are again normal. I had acne problem .after skin treatment my face and body is dry now. What should i do. Please suggest.

Sir/Madam My T3&T4 are normal but TSH was 6. Till this age my harmones were all with in the limits but now why did this occur And what would be the effect of TSH 6 reading..
