As a diabetic, I would like to know if I can split tenlifast 20 mg tab (10 mg. not available) into half. Consume one half and throw the other half to avoid hypoglycemia. Fasting and p.p b.g. in good range.

The medicine you mentioned is available only in one dose strength and it is unlikely to cause hypoglycemia. You can continue with the same dose.
