I am taking insulin morning 30 evening 24 and afternoon tenegliptin 20 & metformin 1000 But not controlling Daily walk for 4 km Trying to control food

Check your sugars before breakfast and 2 hours after every meal. This makes it 4 readings a day. Do it as many times as you can for at least 7 days and write back with the readings. This will give you the explanation for your problems .
