The values of Thyroid Profile are : Triiodothyronine Total (T3) is 1.57 ng/ml , Thyroxine Total (T4) is 10.01 ug/ dL and TSH (4th Generation ) is 1.233 ulU/mL. Kindly suggest on whether the values are within normal acceptable limit. I am getting tiredness and hairfall.

Hi sir , My name is Ramana,I came to know I am  diabetic from last 8 months,I went through on regular body check up and I found my self my HBA1C is 11 and fasting around 300, then I meet endocrinologist and I started taking medication 500 mg meltoform and I was taking on diet for 3 months after that it was reduced to 7.4 ,still doctor suggested to take 500 mcg tablet and still  my under foot getting pain and I am feeling tired. Is there any other way for permanent solution

My TSH is 3.12. Anti TPO is 160. what i understand about this? I eat Thyrox 50mcg since 2 months and this tsh & anti tpo level measurement in today.

My son is diabetic since 2.5 years. He is now 5.5 years old. He takes lantus solostar and actrapid. We used to give him 4 units actrapid before lunch and 2 units before dinner. Lantus 5 units at 10 pm. But he caught with cough and cold on 14th August. Since then his readings are 300 to 400 range even after giving him 17-20 units total insulin which was earlier 11 units. Also what I have noticed today morning his bedtime bg was 81. I gave him one goodday biscuits and 2 walnuts. I didn't give him lantus solostar because I wanted to change it to morning from night dosage.at 5.25 am early morning his bg was 128 but at 7.30am it was 211. Is it somogyi effect or dawn phenomenon he is facing?? Also what should I do to bring his blood glusocse levels to normal. Please help.

Having sugar level always at 140-150, under all precautions. My age is 67 years.which medicine is good to control ??

I would take amaryl m1 in morning and glyciphage 500 in night but my sugar level was not controlled.  Now i am taking an extra glyciphage 500 at launch & my sugar level is in normal limit. can i countinue this OHA?  My creatinin level 1.29.

Recently got my fasting sugar checked which is alarming..hba1c is 12.20%.hb is 10.95...can precautions take me back to normal as I dnt want to be on medicines

My father does not have diabetic condition. However, today the glucose fasting test gave121mg/dl and ppbs of 88mg/dl. Is this an issue? Why is ppbs more than fasting glucose? How to proceed? Hba1c is 6.2%

Am diabetic for almost 8 years and taking Insulin twice in a day . I will smoke thrice in a week and now quite smoking for almost 2 months . Also I will take alcohol once in a week . Continuously for 3 weeks sharp pain in my both side of ribs area so doctor advised to take chest X ray . Uploaded X ray for your referenc  . Please advice the reason for pain and let me know the next steps to proceed further..
