Am only 20l1 year old and am suffering diabtes . using tablets but not working what i can do ? give me a best idea to get rid off this plzz

I got recently tested for thyroid and my reports say Tsh level to be 6 uIU/ml,T3-0.87 ng/ml, T4-5.83 ug/dl. Does this mean hypothyroidism? Can I get my TSH, T3 and T4 levels back to normal by not using tablets? And how many months would this take to bring back these levels naturally? If yes, please suggest steps.

Mother is suffering from diabetes, she had got affected with swine flu before 6 months, later she started reducing weight continously.. She is taking treatment from diabetologist. Please suggest me what to do. She is also having nerve pains and leg pains

My Spouse has been advised by his Dr to take Galvus Met 500 mg every night as his fasting blood sugar was as high as 175 After 2 weeks, his fasting blood sugar was down to 125. Dr advised him to continue Galvusmet- increased dose to 850 mg night + morning after food Now his fasting blood sugar is down to 70 How long should he continue the same dose (night & morning) or can he skip the morning dose now bcoz the blood sugar is in range ? How frequently one should use Accuchek to monitor the blood sugar and does it read right ?

I have thyroid number at over 10 past 18 months and free t3 and free t4 are in normal range. Need to check when do I start medications. Or can I try and fight it back to normal values.

I got my anti TPO thyroid test done and it's very high from normal range. I have already been taking 50mcg thyronorm medicine for TSH levels for 2 years. I also developed skin reaction urticaria 5 months ago which still persists. Please suggest me how should I go further in my treatment and is high level of anti TPO test matter of serious concern

I am having Glucose Fasting low at 82 but PP is high at 155. For PP I started having breakfast at 10.30 but it went till 11.15 & blood was taken at 12.30. Anything to be concerned or do I need to redo?
