Tsh level of 5.6 with Normal T3/T4 is hypothyroidism ? Does one need to start medications as well?

Age: 26 Gender: Female Height: 5'3" Weight: 70 Did thyroid test today. Got the reports ********* T3 : 78 ng/dl T4 : 4 ug/dl TSH : 84.43 uIU/ml ********* Report copy is attached. Want to understand the report and want to consult an endocrinologist. Thank you for the response in advance 😊

I have 0.008 ng/ml Growth Hormone in my body wheras minimum it has to be 20ng/ml ..what should I do to improve it?

Dear doctor, I checked my sugar level in July 2020 and it was fasting - 94, PP -149. Later in Aug month I checked my HB1AC it was 5. In Sep 2020 the HB1AC was again 5. I had modified my life style and stopped sugar, processed foods and started walking too. My question is how frequently i should check my HB1AC ?. What is the chance of getting diabetes after seeing at the PP level and how much time it takes to reach there. Can it be reversable ? Thank u.

My hba1c is 6.4 (December 2020) and FPG ranges between 125-145 mg/dl. PPG is 140-175 mg/dl. Should I start medicines like Metformin or life style changes and diet is the first line treatment here?

But while removing needle from device it accidentally pricked my finger too and little blood came out which I hv washed with dettol within 2 min Kindly suggest if I need to do any treatment for this. Hi i have had high tsh ( less than 10 ) from last 2 yrs while my t4,t3 ,free t4 and t3 are in range. I have no symptoms . My BMI is normal. When I had one month of contraceptive pills my tsh came in normal. Could u let me know if my tsh is high due to estrogen harmones and how I can fix without medicine ?

I just had hair transplant 15 days back. Yesterday, I had PRP therapy with local anaesthesia. I conducted today sugar test and got result- fasting 127 and after 2 hours meal- 167. Is there any worry or it's normal? Need your view. I also conducted Hb1ac test in October month where result was normal. How this is happening? Because of surgery or my ongoing hair transplant treatment.
