Thyroid Complications
I am having constipation from past 6 months.
2 months ago i got myself diagnosed with hypothyroid and also done a consultation with a doctor on practo.
My TSH came 20.48 which was way higher than normal.
Doctor prescribed me Thyronorm 50 Tablet. After having tablet each day in morning. I felt right after few days but suddenly from past one week my constipation symptoms came back and also my throat is swelling.
Should I increase the dose of Thyronorm or what ?

You need to repeat FT4 TSH again to uptitrate the dose.
If there is swelling in neck then USG neck is also advisable if your treating doctor says.
It could be due to thyroiditis.
Constipation could be due diet and lack of exercise as well.
