I diagnosed my fasting blood sugar level. It ranges like 104. but I chew chewing gum before test.does chewing gum effect this range?

I am having pcos and hypothyroidism my tsh was high before but then it came to 3.9 after medicine my periods are coming because of ginette35 I am also having hairfall from a very long time  I got some tests done and lh fsh and testosterone values were normal testosterone came to be 0.162 but prolactin was high it was 62 should I take medicine if yes then which medicine is to be taken kindly guide

Today by mistake I took night insulin( lantus) (dose 20) in morning before breakfast what will happen? At night I took dose 20 lantus insulin.
