My father aged 56 in recent master health check his hbA1c level is 7.5 and fasting suagr level is 110 ,Average blood glucose is 160 So my question it can be reversed? Also he is not taking any medicine still now, so whether we can go for ayurveda for best results ?? Please advice

I am 60 yrs with diabetes (HbA1C- 8.5) and high bp (145/90). I regularly go for morning walk for 20 minutes. Other than that mostly my work life is sedentary. Is it enough? What is the recommended time of exercise? My BMI is 29.

Hi i am 54 years old, diabetic patient , doctor prescribed me galvus50 butbdue to unavailability in lock down i was taking ibvilda  from last 8 Month , and i have no problem my blood sugar is normal, for regular check up going to doctor , but he told me to change it, instead of ibvilda he prescribed galvus 50 , it is costly as 3times than ibvilda , is there any problem if i take ibvilda instead of galvus 50??

Hi, I have noticed that for the past two months my fasting blood sugar is around 115-128 but post meal reading comes within 105-120. I had LFT and my SGPT came 72. I was not diabetic and I exercise daily. Should I be concerned, what should I do to rectify the blood sugar levels.
