My mother is diabetic, asthametic, has low bp, sleep apnea, Can she take covid vaccine? Is there any risk?

Her current medicine include below: Novarapid - 3 times a day - 3 unit Lantus - 1 time a day - 10 unit Thyroxine Sodium Tablet 25 - 2 tab. a day Tenebite 20 mg - 1 tab a day Tab. Olmezest CH 20 mg - 1 tab a day Below are few medicines due to which she got allergies ( black/red patches on back with itching ) Sulpha drug Ciplox Tz Tab. Glycinorm M OD 60 Tinidazole Metronidazole Painkillers in higher doses Wanted to get her vaccinated for COVID. Is it safe given the above? Thanks, Sameer

Hi I'm looking to loose weight to concieve. I'm obese. Can I try herbal life products? Is it bad for fertility and conceiving?

Usually, I am a hairy person since childhood and I had accepted myself that way. But for past 5 years I have more coarse, thick and long hair growing below chin and neck area. I tried many home DIYs initially. Tried waxing, threading, plucking which leads to pimples or scars. Since I am light skinned, hair are more visible. I had 9 laser hair removal sessions in pre covid era but it dint help at all. Also, sometimes in a month I do get 1 or 2 red bump cyst like acnes mostly on chicks, nose or chin which leaves marks. Could it be hormonal? I dont have any menstrual problems. No weight gain or any other noticible symptoms. What tests should I do and what doctor should I consult?

Hi My recent MRCP reveals that I have calculi in Main Pancreatic Duct alongwith 8 MM dilation. Recently I felt a mild pain for few days due to which I could not able to eat properly which resulted to weight loss of around 5 kg. Now, want to know whether should I go for ERCP or wait till the seviour pain occurs  as heard that once the ERCP is done it may irritate the pancreas. I did not have seviour pain from the last 5 years. Still if I have to go for ERCP should I go for Specialized Hospital like AIG, Hyderabad or I can find the specialized Endocrinologist in Delhi Itself?

I am suffering with hyperthyroidism for last 6 months. I am also suffering with atrial fibrillation. I am taking neomarcazole for last 6 months to treat hyperthyroidism. Is this best tablet to treat hyperthyroidism. As my thyroid levels are again got out of normal limit. After 6 months of taking neomarcazole, thyroid level are now again increased. It was controlled in feb and again controlled in may. I am also taking bp and pulse medicines (pantocid 40 mg bbf, dilzium SR 90 mg twice a day, Eliquis 5 mg twice a day, telmisartan (eritel 40 mg) twice a day and petril 0.5 mg before sleeping.  endocrine doctor increase or decrease this tablet after cheching thyroid level. It was controlled in feb and march but again went out of range. My questions 1: Is neomarcazole best medicine to treat hyperthyroidism. If not, then please suggest best medicine for hyperthyroidism. 2: Do I have to take bp and pulse medicine for whole life. I am taking blood thinner and bp/ puse medicine.

Hello, My husband is on blood thinner ( aspirin 150mg) and on diabetes medications ( depagliflozin 10mg, and Metamorfin 1gm). Can he take cholecalciferol supplements ? Thanks in advance
