Hello Dr, I used to get high bp whenever I eat red meat , 156/ 85. Out of anxiety I took bp medicine. But later week my bp was good 130/80. So should I take bp medicine or is there any problem in taking occasional bp medicine.

Doctor, my daughter 12 years old is having frequent urination and have irritation and itching in private part. Kindly advice.. should we take any test to check her sugar levels.

I gave birth via c section 53 days ago.My fasting sugar level during pregnancy ranges between 70 and 80 and PPBS was always under 100.Now my fasting sugar is 110.Is this a matter of concern?? Thanks in advance

Dear doctors, I recently tested positive for diabetes with 309mg of fasting blood sugar. Doctor prescribed medicine and doing walking physical activities for last one month. Today when i checked fasting blood sugar using one touch glucometer it has given 152mg. Immediately i went to lab and tested and the result showing 102mg dl and post meal showing 164 without taking medicine. I m confused now which one to trust. Glucometer or lab result.. why so much difference between glucometer and lab within 15mins time. Please suggest

Hello doctors.my daughter is 6.2 years old.some day before I randomly checked her blood sugar level in glucometer.and it's come out 110.she takes her tiffin at 7 p.m and I checked her sugar at 7:45 p.m.in tiffin she takes museli and milk.is it normal???

I am 35 yrs old and 32 weeks pregnant. My hba1c is 5.1. I did test my sugar levels at home for sometime and my fasting sugar level is less than 100.. PP is usually between 120-130. My doc suggested metformin 1mg.. What should be the normal sugar level during fasting and PP? Also at what sugar level insulin is recommended?
