My 16 year son is obese. But started losing his weight suddenly. 15 days back he was 98 kg now 91 kg. To which type of doctor should we consult?

In evening these days my sugar remain high 400 if I take day insulin more thn its low what shoul I do to control evening sugar nd at time of periods when it's always high whole day before 5 days.

Dr I have gout uric acid is high about 9 in my last reading. Less than 30 days old I have joint pain toes both right and left, calf muscles, fingers some time. What should I do to permanently safe guard myself from this situation. As sos I had 1 00 units tablet morning and evening . Please advice

I have heavy and prolonged bleeding with PCOS. When I visited gynecologist, she gave me Diane-35 tablets. I am on second strip now. I will start using the 1st tablet in the strip from 5th day of my period and once the strip is over, I will wait for my periods and so on. I have been doing regular walking exercise of 45-60mins 5 times a week. I have noticed that I have increased 2 kgs in 2 months from 68 to 70kgs now. My height is 5'4''. Is Diane-35 responsible for mt weight gain?

I have tested HbA1C, Suger, cholesterol, cretinine, uric scid and urea. I am taking glimy m1 for suger. Should i change my medicine. I am taking trimacsert for blood pressure. Reports attached.
