I am a diabetic who has had a bypass in 2001. Now am 68 years old. Have been taking medication regularly but recently started experiencing weakness, sweating, rashes on legs and swelling on face.

Hello Doctor, My HbA1c is 7.1%, Glycosylated Hemoglobin is 54.00 & Mean blood glucose is 175.00, dated: 21/03/2017. Today morning in blood glucose was 115. would GLIMESTAR M2 twice a day will be sufficient or other medicine is required.

Diabetic from 10 years taking insulin apidra three time 7/8/7 nd lantus 10 at ngt bt my sugar is not in control from last few months U asked me for my reports in last query it's 9.4 hba1c nd 200 fasting PP 350 now cn u suggest me proper medication nd diet so that I can manage it nd also want to increase my weight it's 43

My current report is T3 free FT3 is 2.45 T4 free FT4 is 0.79 TSH ultra-sensitive 10.919 My age is 26 I feel weakness, tiredness,less hunger,pain in body parts,very common headaches, sometime constipation. Can I get cured completely if yes then how much time it will take or I have to stay on medication all life . Currently I am using thyox-25 Which is best place for me checkup. My current doctor increased my dose after this report.

I went through MRI Brain scan two years ago (i.e 9th march 2015) because I was having severe headache all the time. My MRI report showed that I have a Bulky Pituitary gland with suprior convexity (physiological hyperplasia) that time my weight was normal according to my height. ( age 26 height 5'4 ..weight -63) from last one year my weight is continuosly increasing my current weight is 74kg....earlier my weight never crossed this much. Yesterday I went for a TSH test and my tsh range is 7.41. I would like to consult a good Endocrinologist regarding my thyroid problem but I cannot ignore my MRI reports . My concern is my MRI report is two years old. Is it ok to show it to a doctor or I have to go for new MRI Brain scan again ? I have read somewhere that we should not go for MRI scan frequently. Kindly clear my confusion Thanks

Hi, past 3 days , I observe ants near my urine, also I could sense a fruity odor and sweet taste from my urine, could this be due to diabetes? Or could this be due to any other physiological conditions like excessive stress, anxiety from which I suffer from last 19 months, ????? I m just 20 , could I have diabetes, or could this be due to stress???? Plz. Advice.

I'm 29 yr old female have 5 yr old daughter. 4 months before my period delayed by 12 days.I went for a UPT checkup & it was negative but came to knw ABOUT THYROID disorder .They prescribed me half tablet one day after of SICRIPTIN,75mcg THYROXINE SODIUM,SECAM-E n P. I took secam for flow and opt for homeopathic treatment after a month I went for checkup and TSH was high n Prolactin normal As my thyroid raised I got scared n started 75 mcg thyroxine sodium n took SICRIPTIN for a month. Test results: 12/11/16- (TSH 10.94 uIU/ml) (Prolactin 23.9 ng/ml) (weight-57 kg) 15/12/16- (TSH 11.12 microU/ml) (Prolactin 11.26 ng/ml) 21/01/17- (TSH 3.56 uUI/ml) (weight-59 kg) Now my periods are again delayed by 13 days n checked at home but UPT was negative. Don't knw what to do recently shifted from India to Africa. My menstrual dates was 30/09/16 19/11/16 25/12/16 29/01/17 Can I take secam-E&P or should go for UPT Had unprotected relation Plz help can I take secam every month before period date

I'm experiencing gradual weight increase and fatigue. I'm also sometimes having difficulty swallowing food/water as if there's a lump in my throat. It starts paining for a while. I suspect this could be a thyroid issue but not fully aware of other symptoms. Can someone help me identify the same and also suggest if I should go for a blood test.

Hi sir/mam, I am diagnosed with high sugar level in both urine and blood . One day it came 286 with instant check and the other day it came 398 after fasting and 240 before fasting. Kindly suggest what to do. Thanks.
