I have diabetes and recently test reports gave the following results.
Fasting. 148
Post breakfast. 194
Looking for medication in this regard. Please suggest tablets. My weight is 84 and age is 55
Thyroid tsh report shows 13.62
T3 and T4 reports are not done.
Please suggest medicines for diabetes and thyroid problem

It is better to seek consultation after visiting a doctor. The treatment depends on a lot of factors which helps the doctor decide on the appropriate type and dose of medicines. Especially so if you are starting treatment for the first time.
