Each morning I feel shaky extremely hungry (more than usual) and confused when waking. I am educated on diabetes and tested myself on a friends meter in the morning once and it said my BGL was 36 mg/dL! Should I be monitoring this on my own each morning by testing my blood sugar as well as eating breakfast right when I wake up?

I have sever ache in every joint of my body. My body is very weak also. Recently I had done the test of TSH in which my TSH level was more than 80.
