I have gained weight, feeling drowsy day time, getting angry, hair loss tiredness , forget things , not interest in anything, like to be alone ... sometime without no reason gets irritated, 1 & half year back had heavy bleeding, scanning was done it was normal and positive....now bleeding are normal but gaining more weight ,,....guessing might have thyroid

I am 24 years old. My mother has thyroid since 15 years. I was a normal weight person but recently was gaining little weight. Checked my t3, t4, and tsh. T3, T4 was in normal range but my tsh was 6.4 One of my doctor told me that i am suffering from autoimmune thyroid and when i will lose my extra weight my tsh will be controlled . Should I start my medication or should i lose weight and check. Is it possible that by gaining weight our tsh increases?

Since 2 weeks I have the problem of frequent urination , ..... I stay in AC from morning to evening ...i thought thats the reason ,\but im really afraid is it diabates ? am 26 years old ,lil obese body type
