Recently got my TSH tested It came out as 9.6 . I had been taking 75 mcg eltroxin tablet. Should I increase it to 100?

I can understand your concern.
You can increase it to 100mcg once a day on an empty stomach in the morning.
And get the test done again after a month.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
