Dear Dr. I recognize diabetes my Dr.is prescribe me 2 types of tablet one is after dinner glycomet 350 mg.and one is be for breakfast megagliptin 20 mg this tablet is high power or normal its not harmful please advice me

It is difficult to answer this question without having any knowledge about your blood sugar levels. Also, we need to know if you have any other diabetes related problems like kidney disease, heart issue etc. Glycomet 350 isnt available. It must be 250 or 850.
