Swollen feet.. Pain in toes and fingers.. Difficulty in walking.. Redness can be seen on legs. The problem is since last 6 days where the pain is increasing daily.

My fasting diabetes level is 110 and pp is 248 which is pretty high than the normal. My ldl cholesterol is within safe range. While the hdl cholesterol is 32 while it should be 45 or greater than that. Please suggest me a good diet that would help in boost my good cholesterol level and lower the diabetes.

I take 1gram metformin, 50 mg vildaglyptin, 0.2 mg voglibose and 2tabs of BGR 34 all twice a day. My blood sugar levels were fairly controlled at 100 fasting and 120 PP till recently.
