Got to know diabetes in May. My May FBS was 300 Ppbs 390. ..June FBS 140 Ppbs 130.. july fbs 119 and ppbs 190. today i suddenly got burning sensation in leg and numbness. I was earlier on mecobalamin 1500 ...but doc today changed it to Neurica M 75 which is pregabalin 75 and mecobalamin 750 mcg. Is this correct treatment. And will it get cured

I have tested my sugar fasting n pp which is 165 n 190.. Lipid profile: cholesterol 153, triglycerides 370, hdl 43, ldl 36 n vldl 74.. Urine microalbumin 34.. Glucose 1.5gm... What does it means when all these are high... How to control it... Please suggest something... Nd i did my cholesterol test after 1week of change in my diet...
