Hi, I'm 30 years old and my HbA1c is 4.8. Is it low? Should I take any precautions? Feeling hungry after having my lunch 3 hours. So I got doubt. I have vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency as well taking medicines. Please advise.

My father's TSH level was 6.46 in March 2023(t3,t4 was normal)..He is taking thyronorm 75 mg since that time..In yesterday's bloodwork also t3,t4 is normal but tsh has become <0.01..Kindly tell me whether it's a serious condition or not.Im worried about his health

I'm using basugine 100iu in night with 30 units and vildagliptin and metformin combination 50/500 in the morning and night. While using sometimes I feel that hypoglycemia in the nights can I use vildagliptin 50/500 doses in the morning and afternoon, how much time does vildagliptin lasts in the body.
