Thyroid nodule
I have been diagnosed with a thyroid nodule in the left lobe. USG suggests it to be Tirads 3 and in US guided FNAC, it came back as benign (Bethesda 2). T4, T3 is normal but TSH is 5. Do I need to start any medication for thyroid? What should be next steps.

Nothing to be done . It’s a low risk nodule . Just wait and watch . Repeat USG after 6 months along with TFT .
