Feeling nerve pain on buttock

I have issue on reducing buttock muscle tone and getting pain whenever sit on floor,unable to drive bike , some time feel nerver pain near tail bone area ended, and feeling anus is not tight closer normally due to that feel if I touch with finger it's insert depth instead it will be tight and difficult to insert finger inside on anus so diabetic causing this issue ? , I have diabetic less than 164 as random , so how to overcome , I tried with basic dose glycomet but got other issue like dryness skin and weight reduction etc , so how to resolve it , othe muscle area also feel flabby.
