I am having thyroid How frequently I have to do thyroid test is it necessary to do every 3 months ?? But even on 25mg my levels are increased now it's 5:74 but previously it was 3

Hb1AC test on 18.06.2017 is 11.5 and 04.09.2017 Hb1AC is 9.7 . we want to consult with you on sunday . Kindly suggest us .
