Can you provide a list of food items with glycemic index because of which blood glucose levels go high I am struggling to control my sugar levels and it oscillates between 178 - 248 so far it is after food and it once touched 312 as well. I'm worried pls help

Hello, I am having a tsh level of 8.5 which indicates towards hypothyrodism with a recent weight gain of around 5 kgs n stomach dissorder with laziness n heaviness in body. I woulb be very thakfull for guiding me that shall i start with medicines n if i shall start than with what homeopathy or allopathy.
