My diabetes level always lies between 110 to 125. I am taking Gluformin xL 500 . Is it proper medicine to continue?

I visited the gynaecologist whenever she use to give me multivitamin tables my prolactin gets stable once I stopped it increases again and the range is 60 to 80. Recently I got my macro prolactin test done it is normal. Then what exactly is the problem with my pituitary gland. I want to fix this problem. Bcoz am planning to conceive. Plz help me.
