Recently i did blood test and i found TSH level and prolactin levels are high so kindly suggest me which medicine shall i take and how to control these two.

My mum. 75 years old. Had cancer and now has no symptoms. She takes tamoxifen 20 once per day dexorange tablets shelcal tablets 1 tablet of thyroxine 25. She takes glimy M. But her pre pandial sugar is less than 90 and she does not have any diabetic symptoms. She used to take neurobion forte one in the morning one in the evening. She started getting loose bowels and stopped neurobion for the past two days. Today she had coldness of feet. Has left leg twitching sumtytms.shd neurbn be taken?
