My Tsh level fluctuates very much. Sometimes it reaches at level of 150 and next time it reaches 0.2. One month ago my TSH level was 8.4 and i was on Thyrixin 100 mcg and now my TSH level is 57 i dont know why there is this much fluctuation. Please suggest what should i do

I went for a thyroid test and found that tsh level is very high . It's 276 ug/ ml. My doctor says it's an abnormal report. He has put me on thyroxin 100 mg. I m concerned if it can be cured by medicine or Any other treatment is required. Please answer me and suggest what I should do

I am not sure if this medicine are genuine or not. I also not sure if it will really reduce my sugar level. My normal sugar level in the morning is 130-160 and after food is 240-270. Please let me know if I should purchase this medicine. Please advise
