Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having ear pain since more than one month it started with congestion in ear drum then i showed it to doc it was resolved  then it occured again when my nose is block it feels like my ear filled with water but there is no wax.one hearing test was done it was also ok.i feel like something is there.  NEED A GOOD DOC.

I have a dream to become commercial pilot and when for that I went to medical officers so that they can check whether I am fit for flying or not they detected hole in my eardrum and  after that I undergone through  surgery now I want to know that is my eardrum with hole can be repaired & my hearing loss can be recovere

Due to cold I had throat pain for last week. Now there is no cold, but there is a sharp pain in left side of throat when swallowing. Last night pain spread to left ear too. What medicine helps?

From today morning I'm hearing buzzing sound in my left ear. Earlier i had same problem but it was for 5 mins only.

There is this unsettling phlegm at the back of my throat and I'm not able to get rid of it. Gargling is not helping and there is bad mouth odour due to this. Please help.
