Swelling under neck

Hi doc. Thank u for looking to my problm. I recently recovered from mumps 2 weeks back. This morning noticed a new swelling under the jawline again. It is quite evident. No throat pain or throat not affected in anyway. Not sure if its the lymph node swelling or a submandibular swelling. Could mumps relapse? Pls help.
