Am suffering from sound in ears that is called tinnitus I think from last 2 years pls suggest me a best doctor in hyderabad

Hi, I have a cough since about a month, and I'm not sure if it is severe. I get these coughs often and doing it once leads to continuous coughing for about a minute . I haven't taken any medicines yet. It hurts the back of my head if I cough too much continuously. This happened after i visited Mumbai a month back.

I have difficulty in opening my jaw it pains and whenever I swallow with my neck straight I feel slightly pain in my throat.

Frequently I experience pain in my right ear. It starts suddenly and whennit starts I can't even touch my ear as it pains excruciatingly. I just have to wait for it to subside. It usually goes away after 15-20 mins. During this time I can't move my mouth muscles (because it pains) as they too are connected to my ear. This pain has started since past 1-1.5 years.
