Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear has been hurting for a week now but I am not sure if its an earache I also have a bad tooth ache

I have pierced my nose in feb and its march now red skin has came out from piercing and sometime little plus came out from it and its not healing there is no pain but red skin is out and little bump and its not healing and have some antibiotics but still its in same condition my wedding days are coming near and its not healing i dnt knw what to do pleases help and tell me any solution so that it can heal faster Does that skin will go away which has came out and is that will leave any mark on my nose

Hi , For past three days I was having cold and cough .Now little fine but I am still having throat pain and eat discomfort. Last west I have celebrated holi , will it be due to ear infection. Please advise

Pain in left ear and mastoid region of left ear and tonsiller region .CT & x-ray tells nothing but b/l styloid process 40-50 mm but more pain in left side somtimes less pain in right side which is enlarge than left styloid process.mri neck nornal .

I have this problem from last 4 years doctor said to removel of tonsil and adenoids but i need the correct solution for it
