Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I frequently get severe headaches due to sinusitis problems. Can you share few things I might need to take care of to fight this ?

I'm experiencing a strange uncomfortable feeling in my body ... My face don't look n feel like earlier . it feels like facial muscles have gone weak . also my scalp is uncomfortable whenever I comb my hairs it gives me uncomfortable feeling like slight pain . even my hairs structure n texture have been changed . I m very worried due to this plz help me

I've been having a constant blocked nose for over 3 months now and it is so bad to the point I can only breath through my mouth. How can I get rid of it?

Swallowing problem. Mild. Symptom been there for a few months. Food gets stuck either in nasal cavity or in the throat sometimes. No pain as such. No acid reflux. No other condition. Could you please tell me who to approach for proper diagnosis?

I have Soft tissue cell tumor at tip of nose .I have already done CT scan ,USG, fnac but in fnac there is collectection​ of blood sample. Any surgery is needed for it please guide me. This tumor is from last 3-4 months It has reddish colour like strawberry red. And increase day by day. Now from last one month there is no growth in it. Please guide

From the past 4 days i am facing huge pain near my right ear . There are some swelling and it is very hard in density. Also due to that not able to open my mouth. It is a old problem and last time happened in 2014. After some medication pain and swelling came down that time. Now again facing the same. I want permanent solution for it. Kindly guide me. I attached the exact position of the swelled portion.

My mother suffering pain in Neck gland gradually increasing.as per doctor checkup they said the gland is 4 cms and gradual increase in size and minimal movement in swallowing.

I noticed a hard lump of medium size on the right side of my throat which i am concerned about. plz advice what it could be n do i have to take any medication or tests?
