Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have doubt on the report . what does TSH 4.82 MEAN on which trimester it comes into in?.. kindly help me

Today morning i noticed slight swelling behind my right ear.It pains slightly when pressed.I didnot have it yesterday.I do wear an over the ear earphones constantly.On doing some research I found some reasons like TB, HIV AIDS and CANCER. I am really scared. Pls help.

I am having dizziness when I m changing position when I am lying down.ENT specialist had suggested for vertin, sinurest ,duonase nasal spray, O Demont Fx . Cervical XRays reports are normal. Even after taking the above dose of medicines,I am feeling dizzy when I turn my head,I get up due to some jerks I feel in my head Nd feel dizzy. Please help

My child is male baby, 1year 10 month old,  have difficulty in speech .. He speeches only papa and mamma .. But other things he describes by hand movement and by loud sound only.. I want to consult which consultant for these problem.. Please give suggestions..

I have vocal nodules from past 4 months. I have taken vocal rest and medication. Still the nodules are there. Doctors are recommending to go for surgery. Is it ok to have them removed through surgery?
