Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a baby 7 month old. Since tomorrow, she is touching her right ear. What will be the problem. Should i consult to ENT specialist?

Recently, my friend was speaking on phone and got a pain while speaking and later after a day she used milk to pour into the ear and found blood when she insert cotton into the ear. So she is getting pain.. May I know what would be the problem

I've recently started a new job after being unemployed for 9 months. About a week ago I woke up with a tickly cough that has now turned into a chest cough with a blocked nose. and when i blow my nose there are bits of blood in the snot. Folding of the tongue while talking and there is difficulty in swallowing. Speach is not clear due to this.
